Responding to your 2nd query, in the meeting of the cet examination committee held in dec 2007, it was decided tht frm cet08 only feb mat will be taken and every yr the decision will be reviewed !! So for the last 2 yrs only feb mat has been taken.

As far as difficulty level of mat vis a vis cat is taken , obvoiusly cat is more difficult of the two ! However it would be difficult for all and mat would be easy for all, so end of the day its your performance relative to others matters more than difficulty level of exam !!

I must admit that although i am new to PG the kind of advices and helps that are offered here are absolutely great.

I was wondering if someone could help me in narrowing or rather aligning my search in the right direction.

This is what my profile looks like
Feb MAT - 95.22 %
Grads (BCom) - 48 % (and i know this is where i screw up most of my chances)
XII - 70 %
X - 85 %
work experience - almost a year and still employed.

Which all colleges should i consider applying to or rather expect calls from?
