99.43%ile should be equal to 137. With 5 marks it makes 142. To get into top 4 colleges you would require atleast 36/34. So not possible. But give you GDPI may be accepting only 1 MAT score could bring down the cutoff for OMS.

Counselling for colleges will happen only after final results which comes out only after GDPI. So now focus on GDPI.
