Yes. You can go to DTE website, where they would gve you the last year list for JB. Find out the NT@ last student who has got in and add 12 marks to it. You will get the expected cutoff. But very difficult to predict cutoff for NTS as there are very few seats. Even one or two persons getting very highmarks could drastically change the cutoff.

Dont know the exact conversion score for 99.98%ile but it is likely to be 156. Cutoff for JB could be 187 or 188. To ensure a seat you may require a score of 33/40 or 30/34. But with 28 or 29/34 you may get a seat depending on cutoff

Your best option is Minority seatin Vivekanand. Or try for PG courses. Getting MMS in a decent college would be difficult through normal CET rounds.

Decent chance for MET/Chetna with 30/40 in GDPI assuming you are a Mumbai student

Till last year submitting you joining letter and your payslips worked in some colleges. This year the procedure is centralised at Sydenham. You will to enquire out there about the same.

You can apply through your CAT scores. But with your CAT score you will be treated as OMS candidate and getting into top 5 colleges would be ruled out.

Hi Patrick Sir,
I would request u 2 chk this link
CET 2008 Analysis - Peak Seekers for Indian MBA Entrance Exams
In the last post Manish Sir has mentioned tht this years ranks are very similar to 2006 ranks...So does tht mean the cut-offs for this yr will also be same as 2006...if tht is the case I think we shld consider 2006 cut-offs as reference instead of 2007 and there might be an increase of 2-4 mks in cut-offs then 2006.......Wht do u think sir?

How much do I need to score in GD/PI out 34 ?

What the avg salries for PUMBA ?

Also plz let me know the TOP 10 COLLEGES Under CET PLACEMENTWISE ??????????

Thnx
Your equivalent score is 138 + 4 = 142.

Expected cutoff for OMS students

JB 188
Syd MMS 186
Syd
PG 182
Welingkar/Somaiya 179
PUMBA 173
SIES/Dalmia/Chetna/MET 171
IES 169
Xaviers/Lala/Rizvi 167
Fr. Agnel/St. Francis/Vivekanand 162
Thakur/Atharva/Alkesh Dinesh Modi/Bhartiya Vidyapeeth 155

To get into top 5 colleges you will require 173 - 142 = 31/34 in GDPI
