Hi all

For pgdm (IB) OF biib it has been mentioned that international business & marketing is common for all programmes . Why they have mentioned for diff specialisation in call letters. whether we can take specialisation in finance in 2nd sem if we were selected from IB .
Any info reg specialisations in admission letter. plz clarify

As described by sourabh don't you feel mess fees is tooooooo much...i mean 4K /month is a lot yaar.....
is it really true??????

last day of paying fees is 28th may
we have to report on 7th jun..
college attendance will be counted from 8th jun.. as on same day with briefings our year starts.. first 15 days is induction period (upto 24th jun).. means presentations by students..
so actual classes will start after that...
but be there becoz attendence is to be counted from 8th june

offcourse 4000 per month is tooo high. figures are given in admission offer letter ...
but dont worry there are also pvt mess adjcent to campus and joining college mess is not complsry (except for first 15 days)...

buddy 1 rice plate in pune cost around 50,so in a day with lunch n dinner u gotta spend some 150 bucks at min....so in a month u ll spend 4500+petrol extras....so 4000 is ok...im not sayin its cheap but u c pune is costly city...

OH no..seniors say that a meal in the canteen or in the food outlets near the hostel costs only 25-30 rupees.. so basically if u have 2 meals in aday tehn u wud spend soemwhere around 2000.

buddy the quality n quantity of food dat u will get for rs 25-30 will as under:-


1) small katori of rice...
2)2 chapaties made up of maida...
3)few small small katories of dal n sabji....
4)sabu dane ki kheer....(i really hate this stuff)..
5)n of course papard n achar as complementary......

other thing dat will be der is lots of lal mirchi in all doz dal n sabzi..........
n trust me n avg guys stomach wont be full with dis
guys i have stayed in pune quite a long time trust me...

n i also hope dat the mess in da hostel will provide unlimited meals..as other college's mess do so...i hav checked the mess of sims pune...awsome quality n quantity of food...jus u hav 2 b der in time...

oh well i'd rather spend more than jsut 30 rs per meal.. but i'm certainly not goin to live on mess food! my parents think Mess wud be better...
