Hi all,My GD/PI is over. Topic: TerrorismEsssay : American Presidential ElectionPI : 50 % Qs were on GK, Like Currency of thailand and indonesia, CM od zarkhand,etc.So far so, I performed well....will be more clear on 15th.All the best!!

hi mine gd/pi was on 4th... the whole process took 10hr.... i feel some wat it was not properly mananged.... first der was a brief presentation of colege nd all panel member wer present i feel it was a one man show of bala sir... topic for essay was THE SON OF SOIL POLICY... it was an abstract but the sir gave us the hint... next gd topic was REASONS FOR WOMAN PERFORMING BETTER THAN MAN... it was really nice u r goin to b observed by lots of panel member so keep a watch on ur posture,expresson,behaviour etc.... then after a long time had PI atlast... basically gk nd 2-3 quest on engineerin, family background,my USP,achievments etc... my interview took 7-10 mins only wer as other took 15-20 mins... i saw on panel sir document that they ask question from background,gk,etc nd give u marks on each of these parameters... so guys even if u r bad at some thing u can cover it up in other section... so best of luck... waitin for 15th april.... m satisfied with my performance:satisfie::satisfie: so keepin my finger crossed...

can anyone tell me what is the weightage given to the percentiles in IIMM.
A friend of mine got 96%
Would she have an advantage or is it rather a disadvantage?

96% in MAT.

weightage is given accordin to level of exam..
cat has max weightage than xat than mat n all other..
so dn worry they r more exp n aware of all exams....

At 96% one should never ever look for IIMM......He should try for some very good colleges ....
IIMM is for the persons in the range from 65%-to-80%.
I hope you got what i'm trying to convey..

wel my frnd first of all its not like that... gettin a high score but still not convertin any call is really frustatin as it is wid m.... some time luck also matter as in this case.... next wel abt IIMM i recomened it as it is better than some symbiosis institue(i vl not specify)... other thing is the college is evolvin nd tryin hard year by year nd is really improvin... so in few year time i m optimistic it wil also b better ranked than present(36th).... hence the guy had a gud chance so he sud try his shot at IIMM.........

i totally agree wid jalpari that weigtage depends on the Exam score u r applyin as level of difficulty is different in all exams...so hav slight advantage if one score high....
