I will be collecting info brochure of CET on behalf of OMS candidate. Questions regd this

1) Any certificate/document needed to be shown to procure info brochure?

2) after online submission, any copy of form, photos etc to be physically submitted before 31st jan?

one thing i want to ask that while filling up the form of cet there was an option that if i am appearing for cat/xat/mat/atma its score will be considereded and i chose atma but the problem is i am also appearing for mat too and if my mat score comes out to be 99.9%ile approx and in atma i score some where say 95 considering worst thngs can happen.....will i be able to change the option in the online application form
or will i have to stick wid my atma score :bomb:

Though the rules don't seem to be very clear, it looks like people won't be allowed to change the exam whose score they want to submit.
