here is my share of gd/pi experience.....
first of all lemme tell u very well organised.............siescomites hav done a real gr88 job.luvd dose videos...u guys really rock...........
1)first we had our our group interview for which v had a panel of 2 sirs...dont recolelct dere name ....dey shoot a ? n any one can answwer n even turn by turn...it almost turned into a gd...?'s were like ..RELIGION N POLICTICS CANNOT BE ISOLATED..............second was
dividends distributed by co's are important or CSR.........third ? was WHO IS UR ROLE MODEL........den dey asked ?'s to specific individuals, ? were like WHOS IUR FAVOUTIRE ACTOR,POLICTIAN , INDUSTRIALIST,sPORSTMAN , SPORTS WOMAN, JUSTIFY Y ?...this session was for aroun 30 mins. i was asked my favourite industrailist...i told ratan tata n y blaah blaah.......he stoped me in midlle n moved 2 d next person..........one panel memeber was realy motivatng u...d othr u used 2 get d feelng as if he is tllng......bakwas bandh karo.huhh./watever...............but i heard hes a reall gr88 person....lets c..............
2)apti test........................though all were like easy tha.....so depends on individual u c..........40 ? in 15 mins
3) GD : we had 2 anlysis a case stdy..later d d panel members were ver gud........adding points....pickng up ppl who arnt contributng 2 speak up..in a very polite way....really gud.............10 mins were given 2 ead d case followed by 20 mins 2 discuss it..which was worst dan a fish market.........GD tuned to one to one inteaction with panel memebers ....hahah..............1 gentleman had so much 2 speak..he forgot dere r othr team memebers along with him.............spoke well in d gd...sub management gyan utilise kiya..all management theories n all.....i thnk i did a fair enough job out here......
4) pErsonal interview : guys pelase decide UR ROLE MODEL...dis was d ? askd throughtout the selection process n please justify well...no kiddish answeres....frame it well.............
both d panel memebers were werng a beatiful smile...........whcih boosted my confidence more..........

2) u stay in chembur..yes sir
3) who is ur role model
4) u chosse marktng as specialistion in BMS Y HR now...so justify .........bllah ...gud gud
5) ur consistent with managment course..y so..y arent u shiftng 2 othr courses likde dese days engg do.................
6) wats ur dad doing?
7) y dont u join him in his biz?...i amswered him ...n both panel members had a heartly laugh

how is the retail sector boom afectng ur bizz.

10) y u want 2 pusrsue maangemetn.whic theory motivates u...........blab alh....sab theories ka gyan diya..(BMS really helpd).......
BMS guys...b very well prepared wid all d mamangement theories ..helps a lot........
