Hey all-to-be NLDalmia students......

1. Finance at NL Dal??

Myths:
NL Dal is good for finance!

Reality:
Only finance is good in NL Dal!

2. Regarding professors!

Majority of prof are frm industry n hv tremendous experience in industry....
BUT BUT BUT....they dont hv enuf experience as a teacher!

3. Interns/Summers!

I personally kno ppls .... my seniors/ my classsmates are in NL Dal!

they said.....LUCK decides company whr ur summers/interns will happen!
Not ALL ppl get watt n which company they want in summers!!

4. Final Placements:

Final figures of placements are verryy impressive.......BUT the students to get place takes more then 1 month! only cream studentts gets placed on day 1!

No doubt students gets placed in good company....but its also a fact that some students hs to strive for placements for more then 1 month.....some end up joining companies which they r not interested!

5. Infrastructure!

Its not bad but its not good also! location is also of a concern!


Overall i wud say.....NL Dal is 1 of the emerging Bschool......no doubt it will get better year by year.....but at present i think its still in its infancy!

the pace at which it is growing will mk it one of B+ or A grade insti of india by next decade!

well buddy cld u tell me iis dalmia conducting an pgdba and do they require any test marks wht is d basic entry level if it conducts thou cld u approx. teme d cost for it!!!!

I am having work exp. of 28 months, is it worth to take dalmia with this work exp. ? I am planning for FINANCE only.

in marketing also theres is only 1 good prof but the placement scene for marketing is very bad..majority of the companies which come for marketing placement r financial institutions...no retail, fmcg companies ..

hi i got in ...can i know wt was for 05-07 batch.. avrage placement and stuff...wt is the fees...how the coll works..is it too strict ..like the working...hours..?
