I gave CET-2008 which was conducted by DAVV, Indore and ranking is as follows:

marks obtained: 120
AI-Unreserved-Open : 328
AI-UR-F : 83
AI-OBC-OP : 47
AI-OBC-F : 5
MP-OBC-OP : 43
MP-OBC-F : 5



what are my chances of getting admitted to MBA-FA of IMS indore?

U r close enuf for IMS MM seat(if not FA)in MP-OBC-F category..bt it ol depends on d procedure they r goin to opt for Counseling...M too puzzled wid my chances of getting into IMS..if MP dweller female can claim seat in AI-OBC-F quota then they hv 3 positions vacant, n if by ny chance 2 Females opt out then u surely can get thru...n u can get thru MM even if no opting out thing happens..

Hey can nyone throw some light on d Counseling procedure...what if a candidate from OBC category got d under 10 rank in open category?? Will authority treat him as general candidate for claiming seats?? if so then OBC ranks will move upwords...

actually my brother is studying in IMS indore, and he told me that first they consider all students under unreserved category, then the students of MP origin are put under quota followed by OBC and female reservation.

I dont know how far is thing true.
there is 27% reservation for OBC in each program and 30% reservation for females in each category viz SC/ST/OBC.

Lets c..n wht r d other options one can luk for(in IMS n other departments)? is IMS e-com worth? Wht r d options u r luking for besides this...

n Yup luk at d irony thr r more OBC quota seats for All india than to MP Dwellers..
One more important thing, how will they decide preference for candidates who r on d same rank..(thr r 28 students wid same rank as me)
