guys please help....

all the ppl taking admissions in colleges other than
jb, welingkar, sydenham, somaiya nd pumba!!!!!!!!!

can u please throw sum light on the placement figures of ur respective colleges....

i havent got thru the above mentioned colleges in the cap round 1....wanna filll a few azdditional options in round 2...cant decide on the options....

please contribute any data u guys have...

i went to dte office dey say dere is no chance dat nebody wld leave jb....n it is very ambigous dis tym dat whether dese misin ranks r eligible for cap2 or not........if u r eligible for cap2 den fill only jb coz otherwise u wont be eligible for third round n u may block smebdy else's seat....dis will all b clear once dey issue d list on 20th or21st........... all the bst.....

quality management from DTE..kudos to all those involved in the process....its been 2 days since the CAP! round has ended and still there is no sign of CAP 2 process.... i think they will start off the session next year .... shud have thot before applying for CET... now i m so sure that all the GOVERNMENT AGENCIES in india can never ever deliver on time.... love this system... aakhir DIL hai hindustaani...

i have a lot of confusion ..plz help me out.........

1) Can non-OMS students (i.e. residing in maharashtra) also apply for the mat to cet conversion?

2) Which mat scores are considered for conversion (i.e. Feb,May,Sep,Dec)?

3) How tough is it to get a 99+%ile in MAT as compared to cet (or is it easier than cet)?

4) MOst important question is, am i at advantage if i go 4 the MAT to CET conversion, ur suggestion and opinions are welcome........

Every1 can apply for MAT/CAT/XAT conversion but you had to apply for it when you filled up the form for the first time. Moreover for MAT, only Feb-MAT is being considered for conversion. It was announced on the website itself-- so you can review it MAH-MBA/MMS-CET-2008

It depends on you, how do you compare MAT & CET--- For few Puys which I know(including myself) didn't fare well in MHCET but had great score in MAT..

I have 99.62 in Feb MAT and only 92 in MHCET... I had chosen MAT as alternate score when I filled MHCET form..
It is always suggestive to go for two exams as you get two shots to do well and not one!!

If i am not wrong u can not apply for the mat to cet conversion and along with that also give cet..............cos i have heard that if u try to convert the scores of cat/mat/xat....then u r supposed to appear for the gd/pi only and not for the cet exam
