yup only 5

did u go thru the ranks quoted as cut off by TIME...they are quite confusing?
i will go ahead with cap round 2.. have no other choice

Hi
I am an OMS candidate.I scored 174 marks and applied for JB only.Nw since the cutoff list is out the cut off is 175.However I have been given 32 rank didn understand why.In the allotment status it shows not allowed.So what should I do can I apply to CAP II do ihave any chance in JB over ther.

Please reply asap.
