there would be atleast 5 addition in 99.99 and 99.98 and after that it will literally double .......... ( as experience from previous year .... my rank last year according to PG was 6th or 7th on last day but it became 12th even after scoring 99.99 ..... so, life is beyond PG )

i went for the gd pi of welingkar in delhi...the ppl there werent talking very highly of the mms course vis a vis the pgdbm...im in a dilemma...say a pgdbm in welingkar or a mms at pumba...
please guide

Hi Ritesh,
Every one has his/her own parameters / benchmark to compare and if u are going to listen and compare /decide keeping in view all feedbacks it may lead u no where. U first decide what are ur objectives and then take what is relevant to u. For example if u wish to go for further studies then u have no option other than going for MMS (or MBA), whether it is good or not.

Many on PG have shown preference for a course from an institute mainly on the basis of its placement records whilesome has zeroed on the programme for its faculty and infra. Moreover, feedback of those who are there rather than someone in delhi or elsewhere may give u better perspective. May be going thro the respective threads at PG for these institutes will give u a better idea to decide ur options.

After all so many thro CET are doing MMS (beating the tough competition for JB!!) and equally good no. are doing PGDBM so it can not be that bad. Just some ideas to help u decide.

By the way why don't u do a SWOT analysis?

It is nice to see vinaj post reg the list of all 99.xx candidates,
but i think we have forgotten the 6 marks for PAR and work exp,
6 marks is not a small number in this competition , i request all those people whose names are present in the list to post their respective scores.
Myself 99.97 - 141 + 4(PAR) + 1(exp) = 146.
this will give a still better idea of the competition .
Request everybody to follow it up ,

I think we should wait for 2-3 days by which the GDPI scores will be known so that all can put their respective scores inc. GDPI scores.
