i have scred 99.38 percentile in mat....am an oms candidate...

query:
wen the scores for cat/mat will be converted...will that be all...or wilkl the gd pi marks of the cet be clubbed with it?

hey sanchita according to previous yrs calculation ur cet score would be 139 and if u consider 28 in gd pi and par then with will be 139+27=166 which means you are out of the race of top 15 colleges as the cutoff of them were

very very high as 168

and considering the prevous yrs calculation this yr to prevail also then u can try for the colleges such as

indira pune
singhad vadgaon pune
mit pune
athrava malad

or u can do ur own research on the colleges and find out in which u want to go according to ur marks and first let the gd pi marks come then make ur plans

Another query…once the option forms are filled and the colleges are allotted as per ranks,do the colleges conduct any more gd pi’s?
Ideally they shouldn’t…..but incase of admission against the cancellation do they resort to any such shortlisting techniques.

there is no shortlisting after u r alloted the college as per ur choice thru the CAP ....

the only thing left is to confirm the admission by paying the fees....

the sole reason of giving marks to each step of the process serves the purpose....

so chill ....
jus wait for the rankings to come.....

even i got the same percentile.
I converted IIT Kanpur & deposited the fee.
Gave the GD/PI of Cet & now awaiting for the result to come just to have a rough idea of getting into JB.
We'll see it & hope for the BEST to happen.

with 99.93 means 150 marks in written according to last yr calculation and the cutoff of jbims was 184 and syd was 182 so u guys need to get 32 to 34 marks in gd pi and par to get in jb or syd

so u just act accordingly or u guys might fill the option form and lets see whether u get jb or syd if yes then its well and fine and if not then stuck to ur colleges where u have taken admn
