Hi guys this is anurodh sharma Final year Comp Engg Mumbai univ.i am slected have been reading all threads for a month now ... but registered today ....was not sure if i m gona pay the fees but with the results delayed will have to.
and i m keen on joinin sies ... however there is one aspect which i wud like to change

Well I would like to say guys I feel we have to take the institue to a new level..... salary is alwazz a motivating factor and most seniors say 4 4.5...(and the job profile is not happenein....) is wht we will get ... now i say boss we need to think big and considering we are getting into a B school we need to aim for Bigger....aaj somaiya and nirma mein hi 6 milti hai so ew shud trgt...
say 7 to 8 lakhs when we graduate out...how does that happen aggressive marketing of the college ... we have to publish articles in leading magazines...seniors lets change our college image we shud be more visible ... companies BIG organizations shud know tht we are there and we are the best
look how MDI rose frm no where
its very important we start looking at this aspect now it self for tht will help us in the future
we need to have the best profiles which i guess our college is not getting ...
so i wud like more articles in news papers more advertisements ...
we need to promote the college

plss give ur views suggestions on how we r gona do it
cos i seriously wana make a diff here

well what do i say!!if each one speaks so!i think SIESCOMS will be fortunate!!
dude thats a cool one!i believe tho thats once all settle down!say in june or sumthing before college starts we guys cud meet up n start a few activities...both academic n non..
i think @ this moment some guys r awaiting also we donot know whos gunna be ther n whoz not!

so sure thing we'd do it...n the kinda grip SIESCOMS has as of now is remarkable...n no doubt with our efforts they cud move ahead!

afteral...its the students who make the college...

@laptop issue..
i think we cud pay 75k now n laptopn thing will be taken care of laterz...
i'm going on monday morning for admissions ...coz fir office bhagna hai!!

hi guys,
m done with the admission..the whole process takes abt half an hr(i was ther @ 9:30 sharp)
1)they give u a chalan which u gotto fill up 3 slips..
2)give the peon the roll number so tht he passes on the form to the clerk
3)go behind the building to Corporation Bank(in the campus itself..) n pay the DD
4)come back...sign undertaking,submit SSc,HSC,Degree(just final sem) marksheet n passing certificates
5)take an ackno letter frm clerk n come back smiling...

i was also a bit apprehensive abt joining sies coz my career is at its peak now (with 10 month workex..) but hey some decision sound harsh...but they r ultimately for the betterment!!
