It will be a gr8 help if you could giv a sample paper.
Also,The dates given on the site are between 12th to 16th of feb. for PGDBA
Why hasnt the faculty declared confirmed dates still?
Thanks. | Hello,
Yes we follow the CET pattern...No Insitutes will give u the sample paper..u need to practice the CET paper patterN.Yes there are some questions related to the visual and reasoning....
We every year have the Process for three to four days,as we make sure that the Exam,GD and Interview is on the same day and students have no problem.
So all the days there will be an exam,a gd and an interview.U may get any dates.......

In GD the student is observed in a no of parameters like..analytical thinking, his Interpersonal skills which includes communication skills, his leadership skills.
So its important u take or go through a mock GD round. They are been conducted in so many places.
The interviews again looks at ur overall personality.Well I being from HR I would definately grill u a lot..if ur lucky then u may get an interviewer u may not grill u...
jOKING..
well we dont believe in grilling, but yes all interviewrs will ask u questions ranging from ur self to ur academics to extracurricular to hobbies to news to aspirations..goals...ur reasons for doing the MBA programme to ur work experience to ur knowledge about the subjects u have learned...so u need to prepare.
Hope that answers ur questions

Hello Sir,
Wonderful to see a faculty member helping wannabe students . I don't mind even If u grill me in the Interview . Coz we have to be prepared for all sorts of grills later .. My only query is whether the aptitude test and the following rounds will be conducted in any other cities apart from Mumbai . I am from Hyderabad . I feel it extremely difficult to commute in Mumbai ..
( The website says other centers can be offered based on the response of applications . Could you let us know if SIES has decided to conduct it in any other city )
Thanks

Nitin Vazirani | Sir,
I understand that you require more than a certain number of candidates to conduct the process at a city other than Mumbai .
How are we to know that there has been more applications from a certain city .
Will we be recieving the call letter for these rounds immediately after you recieve the application or only after the common application deadline is over. In that case the deadline is Feb 10th and in such a short notice it becomes tough to make travel arrangements .
This is nothing serious . I am just wanting to make things a bit easier for myself .
So can SIES update that information on the website based on the application response..whether they r gonna conduct the rounds at other cities also ?
Hope I have conveyed my point in a precise manner?
Thanks

Hello sir,
Its really nice to see that in a time where coachin classes forget the students once they get the fees and give no attention to students other than those who've cracked CAT,teachers like you are goin one step forward from others to help students.
Well sir below are my queries:
1. I'm an OMS student so does that make me somewhere out of the list,I mean like CET do U have only limited seats for them or open to all.
2. Does acads and xtra curricular are given any importance becoz although I was not very gud at acads but I was not that bad either 10th-70%,12-72.3%(PCM 80%), B.E.-72% agg (77% in final, all sem ac), won debates at district level, won some paper presentations at national level, vice president of E-Tech society of college etc. So,in the final selection will it make any differnce or not.
3. And sir can u give me some idea of the Entrance test as to what is the usual Cut off for the admission.
I'll be highly obliged and greatfull to u sir if you reply to my queries. | | | | | | | |
