Thanks buddy. I am already at the avg. package you have said. so as far as package is concerned I am at par. However I am looking only at profiles after you finish 2 yrs. U have any idea wht sort of profile students get?
This will help me in taking the right decision.

I would like to know how good is N.L Dalmia's mngt institute for MMS or PGDM in HR. I am a OMS candidate and I got an AI rank of 177 and merit score of 177 as well. I have overall 2.2 years of experince of that 1.8 in HR sector. My current salry is 4.2p.a (nett)

Can anybody give me a insigth of Dalmiya most recent placement figures in HR and how well is the college placements in this sector.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

avg pay for dalmia is 4.5 which is at par with ur current job
nl dalmia is good for finance and not for HR
u can get the list of placement of HR student from their office or website

and 27250 include
govt share of tution fees Rs 12000,
