Yes, you have to fill in a form if you wish to apply for these seats. I enquired at the office today regarding its availibility, they said tentatively forms will be available from next week. You have to constantly be in touch with the office guys to enquire about the dates from which forms will be issued. In case you dont have the number, it's 27708373

You do not need to produce any documents at the time of buying of the form.

But at the time of submission of the filled-in form you need to carry :

1. Your domicile certificate (get in touch with an advocate..he will help you with that)

2. An affidavit stating that you are a south-indian (again..the advocate will be able to guide you with this)

3. A printout of your CET score-sheet (the one with ur written and GD-PI scores)

4. Other relevant documents as stated by the college on the web-site : SIES - College of Management Studies

Can u tell us the specifications to be followed for doing the domicile and affidavit
like;shud they be written on stamp papers,on what denomination..etc..or if you cud post the format also it wud be gr8..

ummm...one of my frenzz did it last yr
jus go to an advocate...tell him u need the linguistic minority (south indian) affidavit...
he'll do it...
but as Roshni said...do it right away cuz it takes some time...

hey de domicile takes around a month or so...but like i metioned b4 u can use de receipt dey give while applyin for admissions...ne advocate will do it for u....and for de minority certi....its on a 100 rupee stamp paper....it takes only an hour to get this certi........so dat wont b a problem....but u must apply ofr de domiclie right away as it can get delayed.......

my score-113/200,94.06-percentile.i blong 2 minority quota
do i hav any chance of getting in sies?????????

last yr cutoff was 134 (after GD PI)

tht wud roughly be 96.5 %ile + 25 /40...
but yea...this yr theres a lot of maara maari yaar...
so try lucks...u neva know

if ur dad has a maharashtra domicile...u will get things done very easily n i guess u dont need anything much!!!!
but again....as i said jus chk with the advocate...he'll do it soon...

dont panic..its a standard format...
the people @ court shud guide...
it'll say :"following candidate is bonafide of being a south indian linguistic candidate residing in mumbai"
again...plz confirm from office n also speak to some person in court...possibly an advocate...
