Please tell shall i take admission in SIES if i get one.
Also what type of test do sies conduct (please give details)
The SIES test is like the cet exam.....Please read up in the lines of the cet curriculum.....the test that i gave was 60 questions in 45 minutes.....Ur profile is good as you have three years of experience in 2 MNCs.....This year the average salary is 5 lacs per annum.....An increment from 3.5 lacs per annum last year.......Frankly in my opinion you should take up SIESCOMS if you get through as SIESCOMS is growing well.....A lot of my batchmates also have the same kind of profile just like you.....

Guidelines for admission
For
PGDBA/PGDPM/PGDBBM 2007-09
1. The last date of sale of form
:05.02.07
2. The last date of submission of application form
:10.02.07
3. The process (Aptitude test/group discussion/ 2 rounds of personal interviews) :
12.02.07 to 16.02.07
4. The cost of the form
: Rs.1000/- (either by Demand draft in favour of “SIES
College of Management Studies” payable at Mumbai or cash)
5. For downloaded forms, programme brochure will be sent immediately in
receipt of the same fully filled in along with the remittance of Rs.1000/-
Giving the sies test is compulsory and is relevant...Cat scores will not be important....You performance in the SIES test will matter most....PGDBA And MMS are equally good....The only thing is that PG(AICTE Approved) curriculum is updated every year unlike MMS.....Placements are same for both .....There are reservations for south indians in MMS ...There are no reservations in PGDBA

The aptitude test has visual reasoning , quant etc similar to cet ka syllabus.......Read up the r s agarwal books on reasoning(the huge fat book) and the quant book....It shud be enough.....For ur PI's make sure you brush up on ur bachelors a little... they will ask you questions on subjects related to your bachelors....Gd is generally a case study but you never know so again read up on current events.......There is a group interview which is very general....
I cant really mention the companies as of now coz they have not been updated on the website as yet.......Please give me a day or two i'll surely get back to you on that with proper facts and figures....The Avg is 5 lacs per annum...Our college doesnt have a hostel.... But staying in Nerul(navi mumbai) is not a very costly affair......The Infra is very good compared to the best in mumbai.......We have faculties who have taught in the best business schools in india..... do visit :: S.I.E.S. :: for the faculty profiles......
