Well i got stats abt the highest - 7.2 somwehr n avg was around 5.5 ...
Not too sure abt breakups...
one good thing this yr is tht the placement cell concentrated more on profiles too...
Yups the placement is long done n most of our seniors already started their assignments in Jan 08...

Frehsers party happens for all...even the MMS junta gotto join...so it takes some time..but its awesome...we had it @ Zero Degrees lolzz so...dont worry...we'll plan somethin good for u guys too!!

yipeeeeeeeeeeeee thnx dude n one more thing i wanted to ask u ,can service industry related companies like airlines companies visit our campus what there salary package for fresher as well as what type of students they want means i am asking about specialization marketing HR n all plz give me some information about that .

yes service companies do come in regularly...
arilines,hotels ,financial services etc...
HR is spearheaded by Prof Nitin Vazirani..he takes good care of grooming n value adds...so needn't worry...
by the way HR @ SIESCOMS is fun man...u get hold of the senior on pagalguy too...vikram bhosale...he'll guide u more abt HR

hey bro can u give me some information about day to day life at SIESCOM means lectures ,projects n all whats college timings ??? hows canteen facility n basically what is weightage of project work for pg students ??? lectures is there at weakend or off ??? plz give some more infomration about ur day to day life exp also.
ya i know dude its too early to ask everything , but to digest the b school lifestyle is difficult after one year break frm study n college .
so, for that purpose only i am asking all these, to prepare me for that situation .plz reply me bye tc or plz forward ur number to me by private message if u can then only its up to u chal dear bye tc .

Apologies, if my long signature caused any confusion (Changed it now). Anyway, as things stand right now, I am going to take the seat at SIES Nerul. I am a SIES Sion graduate so i know how good the College is. It will have great students to bond with.

However, I am also at a loss to give a clear picture as I am a borderline case at SIIB and am applying for the CET using my MAT score 99.5%ile. In case, I get some college which I want. (I am not into comparing colleges on the basis of Placements, Salaries, etc) Then I will forgo the seat at SIES, if nothing else turns up then rest assured we will have a rocking time at Nerul.

I do feel sorry for the people in the waiting lists, but I myself are am a victim of these waiting lists. And the late IIM results (Thanks to our great Government) has not helped my cause as all the rest of the lists are slow moving. I hope I have made myself clear now :-)

This is vijay here! I had a brief conversation with u regarding the HR specialization when i was at siescoms for my gd/pi.Ofcourse the conversation was cut short as i had to attend my interview.Pls spare some time ,i have a few queries:

1) Are we supposed to submit our original docs(grad,10th,12th etc) at the time of paying the first installment fees?if yes then what about cet requirements? or if i get an alternate admission?

2)I am a resident of pune so how are the hostel facilities near the coll?what have oms guys in ur batch done?In short what are the various options of acco?

well seniors, can I only submit the attested copies and the 75,000/-? What happens if one needs the certificates after that?
