I am a BE student in Biotechnology with ZERO yrs of experience. I have applied in your college for the MIB course 08-09 batch.

I am little concerned about the placements in International Business. What I would like to know are:-
1> whether there is any possibility of getting into any Biotech companies after doing this course?
2> what are the possibilities of roles that one can get after completing this course? Will those be any different than what one will get after completing a Marketing degree?
3> I have heard from my friends that there is not much scope of International Business in India yet, is it true?


I am afraid, as my BE in Biotechnology has not been able to provide me with a job related to my industry, not because I am unsuitable but because the Biotech companies think that BE students are not suitable in Industrially viable. This is the reason why I am little confused to take up this course, though I am interested in it, as I don't want to get the same comment after completing my Postgraduation in IB.

You can ask agni for details or elae you can call up the office and enquire for the same..but what i know they are not going to pay you back untl the whole seats are filled up and whole admission process are over.

My GDPI exp.
GD topic - is brain drain better than brain in the drain.
GD was good.
Thn comes the PI(Better call it a counselling session)
Some useless quests were askd i answered all.
Thn talkd bout movies,hero,heroines,last movie i saw nd all.
Thn started the main session......
4 every1 they had a reason not 2 offer navi mum.
For me it was u r not having 60% in grads.(For the other guy it was as u r not havin 70%).
He asked me r u open 2 other centres i said no.
Then he told me the real fact that we dont have ENOUGH seats in navi mum campus.
they r more intrested in filling the seats for warangal campus.
MY ADVICE-If u dont have good acads dont go 4 the gdpi it will b wastage of money nd time.No matter how high ur CAT or XAT score is.They really dont hav ny seats 4 navi mum.Now the admission procedure is jst 4 the Warangal campus and i dont hav ny idea how is the warangal campus.Can ny 1 here tell me bout the Warangal centre is it worth joining.

hello 2 each an everyone who hav either passed out from ITM or who is doin d PGDM program dere at ITM. my name is Rohith Sreekumar an i am a resident of Thiruvananthapuram. I completed my schoolin with 80% an 84% in 10th an 12th resp. also my B.Tech percentages show a real gud consistent show in all d 7 semesters till now.
I am asked 2 join ITM Navi Mumbai either on 12th or 13th or 14th of june. since i am havin my univ xam on 12th an also my course viva on 13th mornin , i shall b able 2 join dere only by 14th of june. is dere any problem if i cudnt report on 12th or 13th????
also i hav a doubt regardin d dress code over dere!!!!!!!!!!! shud i bring blazer from here?????????? also shud i bring d steel grey pants an meroon tie or will dey provide all dese stuff??????????????????

i am got selected for ITM navi mumbai campus but i am facing a problem that i am a
fresher and have to give my 8th sem exam of B.E
which will end around 15th july and joining in ITM is on 15 june so can ii escape from joining on 15 june and is starting one month course can be cover up or not and what will they teach in starting first month as i am from science background
plzzzzzzz help me
