well going by last yr trend u shd get call... n talking abt converting d call u need to fill d form in d month of feb..bcoz things get tougher at later stages...last yr ppl wid 90+%tile got rejected in later stages...loz depend on ur performance in GD/PI n ur past acads...

Seeing the last years cuttoff.. cant guarantee.. but u can take a chance based on acads and work exp.

Hi Guys,
A lot of queries piling up. Well the cutoffs for getting a call would be around 70+ %ile but for getting ITM,Navi Mumbai requiers all round performance in your GD and PI rounds.Well last year majority of the guys who got selected in our batch was 80+ %ile.
The marking system last year was:
100 marks =CAT percentile
50 marks= GD
50 marks= PI
15 marks= Work ex
10 marks= Acads
5 marks= Extra curricular

Hi....I scored 73%ile in CAT. I am BE(IT) with 15 months exp as Office admin. and coordinator in telecom business. I have very good extra curriculars and decent acads. Shld i apply at ITM...Will i get the call??

Hi Sheena,
You should apply to ITM because you have a work ex and good acads as you have mentioned you have a good chance to get in but dont be late to apply as in the latter stage it gets tuffer.I guarantee you would be getting call and then it depends upon your GD and PI rounds.I am also BE(CSE) and if you are having a Engg background its a added advantage.But give your best in your GD and PI rounds and start preparing any two subjects of your graduation because they grill you on your fav. subjects and keep yourself update about the latest happenings n current affairs.So best of luck Sheena and hope you to see you here.

i have read the pevious posts,still, i would like to know with 70.88 in cat and an year gap(2005 engg.passout),i.e,no work-ex should i apply to itm navi mum. or look for other colleges.
my acads are: 10th-88,12th-70,engg.73
as the dates for almost all colleges are reaching their deadlines,a quick response would be very helpful

Also which other B schools should I aim at with that score?
