Hahah. Well not that wifi influences decision making but i guess people want to compare with everything that's mentioned on the web site. As Xaviers is new and many do not do their homework till they are allocated an institution they ask all sorts of last minute Q's. When i went yesterday the first Q most people who came asked was what are the current placements like? Even i'm bored telling them that a batch is not yet out.
Q) Anyways wanted to ask why is this guy(Vaidu isn't it...hehe) being so rude when he meets the students ? All he tells people is why you should not come to xaviers ? I will love the light for it shows me the way,
Yet I will endure the darkness because it shows me the stars.

Btw now one question ..Did you get through Cap-I round of XIMR and are you taking up XIMR??? If I cling to the past, the present becomes difficult and the future seems impossible Quitters never win and winners never quit

@ Ananta
I'm in all probability going to take admission tomorrow.
Do i need to take notice of anything in particular.
I have all the required docs execpt the experience certificate as i have not yet quit my job. Thought i'd do it once i get an admission.
I still have a feeling that they may create some problem tomorrow.
Also does the office open at 9.00 or 10.00?
Thanks. I will love the light for it shows me the way,

Hi again,
Well i got through CAP-1.
Don't intend to wait for later rounds as most of my reasons are not mba related.
Willing to take this risk if i may say so though i know for sure the risk factor here is the least.
Actually i for one was happy with what he had to say.....the rigor factor of the curriculum. I wanted to only clarify if what was specified on the site was indeed being applied. And I can say for sure that this guy does walk his talk. So i'm one who is pretty happy with his way.
Rest of it is like i guess should be just fine. I will love the light for it shows me the way,

Hi Rahul.
Well i just came after taking admission.
I'm not really into ranking and all that because none of it is official.
New college is a risk i'm willing to take, i feel there isn't too much of a risk involved here anyways.
Today i met another guy who has preferred xaviers mms over wellingkar's pgdbm though he has 2 years work-ex in M&M.
I myself have 2 years work-ex in TCS.
Course fees is highest and the course is rigorous with 13 subjects in each sem compared to 10 of other colleges.
Cannot comment on placements as you woulds have to wait another few months for honest details.
BTW the cut-offs for management quota(12 seats) is 97 percentile in CAT or XAT.
So assess the situation yourself. I will love the light for it shows me the way,

Mostly marketing or finance.
Have plenty of time to decide.
Guess you must be searching for systems.
Haven't met anyone yet who wants to opt for it.
