is there a weekly off in college?

Hi, Nitin.

Well we have sundays off if there is no lecture scheduled.
In the first semester we had a sunday off whereas most of the 2nd and 3rd sems we have lectures on sundays as well.
Well being a christian institute we were working on Easter Sunday and Good Friday as well.....

just got to knw that college to commence from 24th july. Ne idea on same??Called up college and was told that even classes will commence frm 24th. How come classes to start before allotement of CAP3. Infact reporting of CAP2 itself is till 25th July. Initially i thought its just gonna be an orientation sort of a thing. People who have taken admission ne idea on same??

hi nitin,
even i got the same info from the collg admin.... also we have to report at 8:55 am on 24th...
I guess the colleges wont be waiting for the 3rd round to get over...even JB is starting on 24th... KJ on 28th... so i guess from 24th classes would start... I request any of our seniors to throw light on this... & what to expect on first day ...

Hi nitin, ritu here.We met during admissions.. A friend of mine whose a senior also gave me the same info. Did u get any call from college giving you info abt the same or u called them and found out?

Hi Deval,
Yes, it is true. College will be starting from the 24th of July. I have seen your time table. Its not as rigorous as it was for us...dont ask for details cause I cannot seem to remember the subjects. Come formally dressed, clean shaven. You will be addressed by the Director & the Chairman....lectures will begin soon after that....

nopes...i just happened to call them up for some reason and was informed abt classes commencing from 24th. I was actually wondering what if had i not called....i was expecting them to call up or atleast put up a notification on their website...neways see u in coll on 24th....

Dats surprisin coz i got thru d CAP rd 1 and d director himself told me dat d coll starts on 24th at 8.50
