I agree with NIHIT ... though MITSOB teaching methodology is good, but college dint have much as a brand recognition ... also avg. package is just 3.5lakh ... it's better to work for couple of years & try good colleges

Most of college's Entrance exam are over .. still u can still try for Dalmia,chetna and Mets PG program

But looking at your profile, I would say you give one more try this year ... with 3yr work-ex in IBM you deserve better college

u joining NMIMS retail bcoz of brand value OR u hav intrst in retail OR some othr reason....
coz I hav been adviced not to apply for FDDI coz dey said retail is a very niche field n unki sun kar I didnt...... I m nt sure I did d rite thng or rong....

I got interest in retail ... that's da main reason I am there .. also there are few other reason such as NM brand, Location - Mumbai etc.

I agree Retail is pretty niche field ... specially retail pgm from Pantaloon where they necessarily train to become Store Manager while if u been through NM prospectus, many IT companies such as Satyam, TCS & Wipro hire Retail Grad for their retail vertical ... so you don't get restricted to only been store Manager etc.

@FDDI, I have seen their ads on TV, But that's only I knew about them ....

Hey my feb MAT score is 624... i gave AMITY n IBA blore... i gt selected at IBA (bt gt the noida campus... bt comparitively blore campus is more better).... n abt Amity ( they didnt replied yet... n nw i don think they will give a +ve rply)...

Now i wana ask tht how is Dalmia, chetna, singhad , IBMR... as if i see IBA... ???

Are thr admission process still gon on??/

dalmias is awesum for finance course .. n for that if u have give cet or feb mat den dat will help u out.. but 600+ score doesnt helps in case u r an oms candidate
IBA b'lore is any day bttr dan IBA Noida.. but yet chk out the IBA thread for more info..
chetnas has sm legal cases running for sm mattr.. so advice: dont go for it.. it can shutdown any day.. or make unnecessary fuss ..

ohk... as for FDDI, I mite jus be mixing 2colleges.... ek collg I left wich was for reatil n is run by govt.... mayb its FDDI.... not sure.....

I m still in my quest for colleges.... got a call frm ASOM 2day.... But I m nt sure 2 join dese colleges in pune wen such avg collgs r here in delhi itself.....
