I second that nikhil.
Will all due respect to SICSR,the problem with specialized IT courses is that most of the time the kind of placements u get is pretty similar to who you would get straight outta engineering colleges.
Also,these courses are too specialized unlike a general mba u cannot switch streams.
And no 1 becomes a QA manager or a project manager overnight,you dont need to do a pgdbm in IT to become a manager in a IT company,its ur experience that counts,so even if you dont have a degree from SICSR and r a BE or MCS you would eventually become a tech lead or a proj manager,ofcourse,it all depends on ur calibre.
Trust me when I say that coz I work for a software company and none of the proj manager or QA managers here have a PG in IT.
