Hi guys,
Would like to know how is SICSR? Just got out thru the GD/PI process on 19th feb. Results are expected om 1st March. I am pretty optimistic that I will make it thru. I am a B.E (Computers).
I thought of posting this in SICSR thread itself, but then I was worried that I may get biased replies. And its a very important decision for me to make. Can anyone throw light on this? Thanks in advance.

Ani | My take on this:
Depends on what are you looking for. Just check out whether it would be a value addition for you. I mean how much different would the job profile be than what you would get after your B.E. You dont want to end up at the same place after two years. Thats what I feel. I have no clue about job profiles you get at SICSR, just compare it with those you will get right now.
Cheers!

Also check whether the particular course you going for is affliated or not. Many a time a college is affliated, but all of their courses are not.
MBA(Biotech) offered by University itself is a good one. Also Indira is a average college as far as placements go.
Cheers!

Not much of a help... | Since we are talking of profiles, thats the major problem with these colleges, salary may be good, but the profiles most of the time are dissapointing. There are people from these colleges working more or less same as a B.COM graduate would after 2 years of work-ex. These people do nothing more than lead a team of 5 marketing executives. So Be careful with what you choose.
