need to ask about bank loan........ is it possible to get loan for part of fees already paid..i had to pay fees..and did not get time to get bank loan.. can i get a loan for the part of fees already paid..?

U'll get the fees already paid on producing the receipt for the fees.

Yep you will get the part of fees already paid. Apart from it you will also get the laptop/desktop etc and practically anything as a loan. Loans are usually haggled upon on the campus. Loads of banks would be there you get to pick and choose from them.
