Quite some while since i posted on PG and my buddy theunkindmonk has been holding fort for long. So here i am after a brief break. Well its all been happening here in Great Lakes. Management fest, Research fest and a host of parties. Yes we do manage to party amidst the hectic time tables. After a rocking new year party, we had an alumni meet yday. Alumni from different parts of the contry flew in to grace the event. Man with our alumni playing key roles in the decision making process of most of the top notch organizations of the world, we arent far away from those of the best B-Schools in India. With Uncle Bala announcing some of the major additions in permanent faculty list, the details of which would be made public soon, it really turned out to be a proud day for any GreatLaker.

As we gear up for the most awaited event of the year, i.e. placements, Great Lakes looks set to take the management education in India to the next level of leadership and accomplishments.

Wht my buddy is sayin here is right..........Placement every year is indeed the biggest event for every top b school and its not gonna be any different for GL .

Also coming back to the alumni meet, those big ticket annoucements abt which Mr Non conformist hinted, is gonna rock the whole MBA scene in India ............in short these annoucement are going to be GREAT LAKES STYLE!!!!!!!!..........which basically stands for innovation , big and non-conventional

All i can say puys is that keep watching this space ;-)....................

All i can say buddy is that work is going on at the construction site...............however its unlikely that this year's batch read (2008-2009) will be able to shift there

Next year's batch has a stronger probabilty of making it in new campus but lets c

Btw if u make it this year then dont sweat....... we have decent arrangements around the college where we put up and eventually the next batch is goin 2 move in there only

Hi there,

The currect campus is located at a residential area and irrespective of hostel not being there, the accomodation is available in and around college. We are the fourth batch and every year the nw batch takes over take the palces where the previous batch was putting up. Both p.gs and hostel are available in the vicinity.

hi seniors,

plz help....
I want to apply to GREAT LAKES on the basis of CAT-06 percentile.I had 97.9% last year with sectional percentiles( QA-97.2% , DI-88.4% and VA-95.33%). I have my Test Registration number but i have lost my CAT -06 score card.
Will the registration number sufficient to apply or do we need score card for applying ?

PLease reply soon.........as i havnt purchased the form yet.
