Allright so we are in the last week of our internship........however few of our batchmates are goin to slog for 1week more....Luckily i am nt one of them!

Fortunately again we are gettin some breather as in break after our prject and hence most of us r goin back home.........nw the timing couldnt have been better with Diwali round the corner!

As far as action back in college is concerned.......2 great things happened:

Firstly our batchmates specifically Suraj and Atma shot a five min video in college as a part of a competetition for IIT Mumbai......and they WON IT!!!!!!!Now its a great news as they shot this video in college with our batch mates performing in it......impressive aint it!

Secondly an exciting news came from Uncle ( Dr Bala for non intiators!) side. He has been appointed as a member of the "Senior Advisory Board" of Waterstone Management Group , which is both a consulting and private equity group acquiring some companies of repute in Business Analytics,, Risk management and other areas. Tom Davenport a well known author is also joining this group.A new feather in Uncle's voluminous and heavy feathered crown


Also a small request.........i see a lot of queries about palcement and other attributes of Great Lakes on admission thread. Now puys i wld appreciate if all such queries are asked here and very specific questns abt recos, profiles, dates etc asked at Adcomm thread. Dont load them with questns which r generic in nature as they anyways are extrmely caught up with many admission related queries.

HAPPY DIWALI PUYS!

On this great day, we are finishing our intenship and are all set to get back 2 college

But before that we all will rush to our home towns for few days. I can not overstate the excitement with which v r lookin forward to being back home.

However next week ,college starts and again v need to go through a back breaking schedule ......bt knw wht fellas ........v r lookin frwrd 2 it!

Allright puys............i am back

An extended stay back home followed by login issues led to this delay in updating whats latest in campus.

Classes in elective phase has started and Guest Lectures are back with a bang. Also since we are pretty close to our annual b-fest that is Latitiude ...........hectic activity is goin on in that department.

Bt among all of this it feels amazin to be back in college.........a feeling tht nthng beats and v all are relishing every bit of it

The monk is back to issue sermons and all of the junta here watch the space for latest in GL.......with admission activities goin on there is plenty to talk about

Hi ppl,

I hope interested puys went to the MBA tour and make the most of it.............by the kind of response which our stall evoked it seems u ppl surely did!

With 300 odd enquiries in 3 hrs tht day it was a smashing day for the entire GL team..........Thank u puys fr tht!

As for activities in college goes..........one word i.e. LATTITUDE sums it all up.........with the partcipation from colleges as far as Tokyo , we sure have a grand show on 14 and 15 of Decemeber

Although if it gives an impression that studies have taken a back seat then let me clarify thats hardly the case:( We have tests and classes lined up right till 13th.............hwever v can handle that

Hi ppl,

I know it has been some time since i posted but the kind of grind we are going through is unprecedented till now.

Few of us as in people who have opted for a selective courses have classes ri8 from 7 a.m to 10.30 in ni8 !the only breaks which we get these days is of 15 mins between sessions and thats how the entire month is lined up for us.

Yours truly is part of these selected individuals who have to go through all of this and no wonder u ppl dont find me issuing sermons on p.g

However there is a quick respite in near future and that is..........LATTITUDE !

Boy aint i am looking forward to it........2 days of fun and entertainment with the oppertunity to listen to dignatries GREAT LAKES style!!!

I will soon fill u guys with more details but ri8 now my break is about to get over and a 3 hours class is waiting for me......
