Congrats to those who have made it in...

as for those in WL and HOLD its gonna be a long wait i guess...

considering that there are still 3 interviews in chennai alone and interviews in bangalore , mumbai and other places its gonna be real tough competition...

just a piece of info... on the last day of interview at great lakes last year we had close to 100-150 applicants at chennai . so u can gauge how much we will be having this year. and yeah...just around 50 odd seats remain...so guyz all the best and may the best and fitter candidate get through...

Just gave this info to give a relative idea...

so ppl in WL stand a decent chance. people on hold, well the ones on the upper end of spectrum have a chance..

anyways all this is personal opinion substantiated with certain facts... so u never know..

Hi all,
i had my gd/pi on 25th feb, i havent got any updates from institute i called the instiute to know abt the status , but they say it is under review.

Atleast they should say whether iam selected or wl or onhold. generally how many days it takes to update the status.

seniors in admission com pls help.

help needed from glim seniors and those who have attended pi for 06-07,
seems gd and pi is gonna be tough in coming days, i m expecting my gd n pi on 18th mar in delhi.
how is get?someone plz throw some light on the no of question asked in all three section and how much is safe to clear cutoff.. and etc etc..

im doin my final yr BE in chennai . heard abt glim .. i think of applying to glim .. but im afraid as only around 50 seats r vacant . i got 78 percentile in cat ..got a call frm bim.i heard freshers are difficult 2 get thru . can anyone at glim suggest me wat i cud do. whther to apply or not

CAT percentile..relatively low..
above 90 would put u in a better position ..

apply through GET..

if u have done well in your acads and are strong with your fundamentals.. i dont see why you cant get here..CAT scores are not a elimination criteria here..so all the best..

Can u plz ask the admission office and enquire as to how many ppl are in waitlist or on hold so that we can come to know what are our chances of making in to GLIM

these facts which are official data cannot be revealed. so i dont think we can get the stats. if u r on hold just keep your fingers crossed. you never know what can happen. hope u get thru...

i had gd/pi on 25th feb, i took get on 24th.
i have 3yrs of work ex in TCS with some onsite exp too.
10th- 82%
12th-88%
B.E- 74%
Mtech- 8.1(cgpa)
