well sajal sahi hain...par boleh to tera fav topic HR kyun chor diya bhai...
bro anurag...lets the summers be discussed here only coz itz a long running thread and all the details abt our life in IMI is already here n i feel all the latest stuff should be discussed here...for ppl who will want any future reference will first come to this thread....n lets keep that summers thread just for answering out queries by other pagals......this will help ppl in future searches also....n will help us to consolidate info @ one place also...
so junta my view keep rockiN this thread.....

HR bhi hai....aek to muje bina 24 hrs net ke khud ko manaje karna hai + bina AOE khele kam karna hai

are bhai anurag...1857 main agar sajal hua hota to aoe ke funde 1857 revolt main use kar raha hota...thode hi summers main dimaag ki batti gul kar raha hota...tab malt india main nahii sajal mutiny india main hota....

wah! wah! ye sab kya ho raha hai yahan? life @ imi should be renamed as 'life that could have been in 18-whatever'. but anurag - why? why? why? kyun tu itna pareshan ho raha hai 1800s ke peeche. tu nahin hai na 1800s mein? tere paas comp hai na? to phir, chhodo kal ki baatein, kal ki baat purani.
goodness gracious!! i fail to understand what competency modeling will do to me when my summers end. but one thing is for sure - i love my project and i'm proud of the fact that i'm a part of such a challenging assignment. it would require the use of my highest faculties, and i'll prove my worth - certainly. ek aur baat pakki hai. competency is one of the hr electives i plan to take next year, so at least ek 4.33 to pakka hai is project ke baad. shaayad aur bhi 4.33 ho, leking ye to sure hai.
theek hai. mujhe pata hai bahut bakwaas kar li hai maine. par kya karoon? summers ki scorching heat kya kam hai, jo itns tough project mila hai karne ko. dimaag bechara bhi kya kare. itna load lena seekha hi kahan hai usne.
to the rest of the imians, take care and do your summers really well.

chalo bhao logon 2nd yr main surbhi ne jo paper bola sab le lena...surbhi sabke classes legi aur sabko 4.33 milega...nahi mila...to uska summer project scrap karwa denge....kyun manzoor hain sabko...

Saikat bhai, marwaoge aap. Surbhi ne to HR karna hai, humara kya hoga? Main ab HR/OB ko nahin jhel sakta. NO WAY , not even for CGPA. One year of torture is enough for me!
This year, I will only study subjects from Systems and Marketing.

haan haan. bol lo sab. mat le hr, anurag. systems mein ramesh behl ko jhelna. mujhe kya? waise ek baat main bata doon, hr policies ke bina koi bhi company nahin chal sakti - systems company bhi nahin.
aur saikat, tujhe bahut bolna aa gaya hai kyun? mumbai ki hawaa itni jaldi lag gayi? bach ke kahan jaayega? aana to yahin hai vaapis.

)....surbhi hr ke bina kaun sa company chalta hain..salary to wahi decide karte hain..waise bhi cost centre hain....kabhi kisi ne profit ka naam bhi suna hain hr offices main...lolzz...
