hey seniors i'd a query...
i saw at many places that u guys had almost 3 offers each...on an avg guys rejected 2 offers...i also saw that some company gave offers to 4 guys and only 1 is joining...so doesnt it gives a very bad impression that a company comes...invests so much time and money in recruiting the students and then no one joins it...will that company wanaa come next year in that case...yaa phir aisa hi ki dil pe nahi lene ka...and come nect year and try agin to recruit some of the students?

Heartiest congratulations to all passing outs of SJMSOM... You guys with a 44% rise in Average figure, created a benchmark for other B schools to follow...

All companies know that not all offers they give would get accepted. Hence, most of the companies give extra offers or release waitlists.
