Placements at Planet I are all done and over with. Our batch is onto other things which include vacationing (much deserved), getting married (much anticipated), eating home cooked food (much delayed) and loads of other stuff.

Here are the placement highlights for the Batch of 2008.....

Total no. of offers: 367
Total no. of students: 173
Highest Domestic Salary offered: Rs. 26 Lakhs
Average Salary of Accepted Offers: Rs. 13.07 Lakhs
·20% increase in the Avg. Domestic Salary over last year.
·About 50% of the batch accepted offers from the Banking and Financial services sectors.
·Niche profiles like Fund Manager, Private Equity, Asset Management, Treasury and Investment Banking offered to IIMI students.
·Splurge of offers in Sunrise sectors like Retail, Real Estate & Media
·Over 35 new recruiters participated in the placements this season.
