Congratulation Mr Godrej Sharma... oops Anny sharma... You make us proud. Time for us to start preparing for summers too. No, I have not gone crazy with all that studying. Just realized that as soon as exams end, summers ka bhaag daud will start.
As if FM and CA were not enough to give us nightmares, we have now have to start taam zhaaming for summers (HR ppl will know)

Finally exams are over.... and now the race begins..... for summers.
Man i just cant seem to wipe that smirk off my face. Exams came and went by in a rush of late nights, coffees, xeroxed notes, kotler, gupta, robbins, aswathappa and a lot else.........
Felt like I was giving the board exams again. Well lets see abt summers now...

Hello..

i know y there's been this sense of serenity and clamness and lull in this thread .. first that exam fvr is takin time to diminish and before v even realized 2nd sem has kickd off with full steam..right frm makin grps and decidin on our lifelines(The asignments ..lolzzz) everythin is jus goin in Top gear ... v r also gearing up for Summerzzzz..Congo to Anurodh for his summerzz at Godrej . ...

Anmol &Viks r busy co-orinating the grand alumni meet planned as per our schedule for the main event next month ." Virtulaities" . For the junta "Virtualities" is a week long event which has lot of seminars , competitions , funn, cross B-School & cross corporate linkage .... The last day will culminate in the grand Alumni meet "La Melange ".

More to come on that from the dudes organizing it ...
On the summerzz front , jus gear up for a hard placement season .... lots of things can happen ..

( we have an NGO event "Prerna" happenign the coming sunday and the seminar on "Reforms in Management Education " this Thursday ... bth r must attended...gr8 speakers on Thursday ...).

he is actually fathering the event...
Other events r gunna line up a great set of speakers...
Also one thing noteworthy here is that we are not at all getting exempted from lectures...its only post the afternoon sessions that we can do any extra currics...lolzzzz

a grand welcum to the 1st leg of our Marketing club ...
"The Brand Garage" - gr8 work by Sailesh &Company to get us all in that amphitheatre .. Now this goin forward will be funnn with brands every saturday . its where v turn our session and surroundings into a demo garage .. a garage with no vehicles , but th mind and the fuel is our grey matter , and lots of tyres to give the amphi a rustic look..... the on the pur AdMad contests were gr8 ......

More to cum every Saturday ...

Tomorrow we have our NGO Exhibition , Prerna -2007 and the whole place is abuzz with last min prep . Well I compere the whole event and we have more than 100 NGO's showcasing their products to the society ... keeping our fingers crosd on this 1 ..

@ All- The placement for the seniors has concluded i real quick time . 100% placements .. will be outt with the stats soon ..

Brand Garage ...it didnt start as the usual clubs -finance clubs n all...lolzz...the cold war..
They had a teaser campaign since 3 daz n the whole of the batch was thinking what its all about....but they unveiled the secret yesterday..

We had a brand sensing exercise..n nex week we'll be having a lotta guests from HUL,PnG n other renowned brands...talking abt how they conceived brands n how did they make it a success...

Next week I'll pick up a quicie on various brand failures n how it could have been overcome...wud be awesome...

SIESCOMS again shows the uniqueness it carries with itself..
As Santa said...There'll be a host of NGOs coming forward to our campus n we are assigned various stalls n we gotto help the NGOs sell n market their products...will be fun right...
Like Santa the giant is gunna host the whole show...I'm playing blue collared () n am incharge of the logistics part of the event...its 6:15 am now...just done with an assignment n am running cuz i gotto reach there @ 7...
so will keep posting...till then..ATB n have fun...

jus becum an ardent fann of Prof Parshuram ... he took the semi circld grp of 60 by storm ... got back nostalgic moments of Quant solving days ... Yeeks it went wrong ..

Anmol knows all abt it 2. thr v were sittin 2gether in awe of this 60 somethin gentleman , proclaimin world class trainin for all of us ..jus cant wait for the nex Monday ..

I am sure Anmol has his 2 cents of comment on this ..
