I am back again..
Life at B-school is always hectic ..but to our respite came last three days ..no assignments yup but lotta other things to do. The interaction with the seniors is building up...process of forming junior committees has started and first one was Student Advisory Committee ( only committe to be choosen by election). Every was upbeat about this election, as this is the committee which will be representing our batch in front of management. The election was democratic one ..3-4 candidates, one to choose....every thing went smoothly and we elected our 2 SAC members one girl and a boy. I worked as election coordinator...Election Commisson . The atmosphere was really awesome , speeches by candidates, lil bit of campaining and the josh among voters..
The things will start moving faster as more committees to be formed...I am waiting for Sports Committee
Besides this weekends will not be free, lot of work to be done...OB project proposal submission is due for monday , then marketing assignment and stats test on saturday...schedule will be hectic for sure....so i should tighten my belts for the ride....

Phew! Finally I'm posting here after a long gap

Now I realize that I had so much free time during Summers that I could find time for the forum and online activities. But from the day I've joined back, it has been very busy for me. Classes, new projects, assignments are all part of life again and with new batch joining already in place, we also have a lot of work in transfering knowledge about all processes and activities that happen in the college.

Still more busy days ahead for me, but great to see the new batch keeping this thread alive.

Keep posting and we'll soon be having a Grand Ahmedabad PG Meet.

Now we are experiencing the real life of a B-school.
Assignments , pre-readings & quizzes , probably describes the life over here.
but this is only one side of our life here , the fun part is yet to begin , ya we got to play a lot , chat a lot , have fun together , celebrate b'days together.
But still i am waiting eagerly for the time when the selection for various commitees , and more importantly for the cultural commitee (yaar i am applying for that ) starts , and once the work of various commitees starts then i will term myself as a complete MBA student (hope i get selected).
And after seeing the videos shown by the co-ordinators of various commitees & clubs, i am sure every first year student is willing to join every commitee or club , and work with true dedication.

Its more than 20 days now that we are here , and believe me i didnt even know how these days went flying .
19 more days to go for the first mid-sem and........................hufffffffffff.


no matter how much pre-readings and assignments i get , i can never resist PG.

Time is running by......Had OB and Stats quizzes last week and to say the least they were eye-openers....

Everybody is gearing up for the selection of committees and clubs. Cultural committee selection process has already begun. Me gunning for a spot in Placement Committee . We already have our SAC (Student Advisory committee) selected....
Yesterday we had a quiz on IP messenger...Yes, you heard it right, IP messenger. This again, like all creative ideas, was a brain child of our own Mahip and Rusty(itsmerusty).......Everybody was hooked on to the lappies at 12 : 30 AM (yes its AM..). To make it all the more interesting, Mahipda again came up with a surprise, it was to be 1st yr VS 2nd yr.....
It started with seniors really turing it on by taking a lead 5-1...But our team came back and managed to win it 8-7...It went on till 2 in the night, and nobody was sleeping.It was not winning that mattered, but it was the great time that we had........Grt show Mahip and rusty


To end Assignments, quizzes, having breakfast and tea running to the campus, late night games, early morning bathroom snatching have become a part of life, all in good sense.

It feels great to be a part of the IMNU family.

I must mention here one more thing...Seniors rock.....

Well, a good come back by facchas...They were really good and fast in answering the questions in the later half of the quiz..And the good work really proved fruitful as they emerged as Winner at the end...It was fun to have a close fight..Congrats First Year

Here comes the first event at IMNU...
IMNU will have a sports feast in a coming week probably....Cricket ,Football, Basketball,Volleyball....seniors have planned this event and we first years are volunteering for organizing the event. The event will be a build up to more closeness between seniors and juniors...as i already said its interaction is building up...and these kinda events will strengthen the bond between us...
Imprints will be having its first meet tommorow..will be fun to watch..and our batch is presenting a play .....
Academics is going at its own pace....i hope i keep up the pace...
Quizzes was really a eye opener....All n all "IM enjoying NU life"

yup the campus is buzzing and vibrant to say the least.....its 3.15 am and atmosphere is freaking full of life....celebrated a batchmates birthday at 12 am ....birthday bumps and tea parties,chit chats and tt games....getting used to the NIRMA way of life...
it poured today......n all drenched themselves as if they was no tomorrow.....ya it is fun ...infact the fun has just started....

Yup the campus is buzzing...every one drenched themselves in the rain and its still raining, i should say its pouring and the lush green campus of NIRMA is looking like heaven....It was very hard to woke up today...the climate was such that one will not like to leave their beds.....I made a concious effort by telling my self we have just 2 lectures today......
I think rain god will play spoil sport in organizing the sports event...ground is looking like a small pond we just need to float some boats there...But as NIRMA says KHELO NIRMA KHELO...we are upbeat and we will play not all but atleast few games with high spirits....
Need to complete an assignment....so chao...

the campus wears a refreshingly beautiful luk as it is raining since last night bit the rain cannot dampen our spirit....the spirit of IMNU students....
the volleyball and cricket trials scheduled for evening....
assignments scheduled for tomorrow....
sleeping assignments scheduled for the weekend....
the midterm scheduled frm 28th.....
so there r a lot of things 2 be done...i better get moving....
