The part time courses in LIBA are very popular among the corporates in Chennai most of the top notch companies have their employees studying at LIBA the timings suit them and the crowd is also superb. There are many courses as such like the one year executive program, the three year program, the MDP, etc,etc.

what is the dress code of the college.....what can we wear everyday to college....if it is formals, then what is allowed as formals for girls..

@Khushboo: Although I am the wrong person to answer this question but I would really like to answer this..... Girls I suppose can wear formal wear like shirts and trousers, salwar kameez, suits and kurtas( this I am not sure)...jeans and tshirts will not be allowed for the working days.. casuals will be allowed on Saturday only....this is as per the last notification that we received before we left for our summers...the one relaxation will be that students can wear their LIBA Tshirts on all days..but for juniors the T-shirts will possibly come after a month or two so till then you will have to wait..hope this suffices...

HiRegarding dress code for girls, we were told before we left for summers that the formals for girls would be salwaar kameez, shirts and trouser, jeans are allowed but with long kurtees, t-shirts are not allowed on monday to fridays, but we can wear LIBA Tshirts on these days too.

So unfortunately had missed XAT So i am planning to take up my job in INFY for now and pursue MBA after a short break!! You are doin a great job by letting aspirants like me know "LIFE @ LIBA".. Can you pls tell me hw i should prepare for XAT and i also want to know abt the study materials needed for the preparation..Can you help me???

Well this is the first post of the academic year2008-2009 and guess what the past two weeks since college has started life here at LIBA has been extremelly rocking ..

every activity at LIBA in all spheres be it in placement, clubs , sports have started with a bang.. Infact we have already got the new commitees in place which will be handling all these activities..

To top it all this year we have got some amazing juniors with varied work - ex and a cool attitude that is sure going to take LIBA to greater heights.. 3 cheers to the admission cell at LIBA for choosing such a excellent batch...

will be updating you all on the activities here at LIBA n for sure will get the first years to contribute on this thread...

hello......my first post in pg after i joined LIBA...well classes have started and its almost a month............time flies here......u don get any free time.....the assignments have started so has the case studies.......life is hectic.......havent slept for more than 4 hours in days.......will post more soon......gtg.....

The juniors are one rocking batch altogether....met a lot of them now as for us we have graduated as seniors and I would definitely like to see some of them continue this tradition so that all aspirants after them also get the kind of information that is required to get them through this whole process. Anyways that was gyaan we are looking forward to some rocking freshers party..will keep everyone posted.

Its that time of the year when the juniors are finding absolutely no time with their marketing presentations and their hectic schedules of exams offcourse interpersed with so many guest lectures and a load of assignements.... Its like being fired on from all 4 sides

as for us seniors its much more relaxed .. however no need to envy us as we too went through all the rigours of the 1st year@ LIBA....

Coming to recent happenings on campus, this weekend we had our freshers party n holy crap we had a whale of a time... personally for me I sand and danced on stage for the first time in my life N boy i was really damn happy...

Allso the ground work for INSIGHT 08 - our National Management symposium has started in the right earnest...
