Can anyone tell me the average placement placements package of ICFAI
1) AHEMDABAD
2) CHENNAI
3) PUNE

I need help.
please help me its urgent.

The placement package shown by ibsindia.org is fake or not???????
Many of seniors say its fake.

avg. salary givn in the brochure r almost correct to my concern..i visited ibs chn i spoke with some1..still not 100% sure..figures posted by few top notch colgs r also fake..as they take into account the foreign placement also(in rupees) n make the avg. salary..at least ibs dontdo that ..they mention separately as foreign placement and dont take that in avg. domestic salary fig.

Many of seniors say its fake.

All metro ICFAI centers have an avg of 4.5 to 5 LPA pure CTC. f you add infra and trng etc it will come to what ibsindia.org mentions as CTC.

hey,, am a student of icfai-gurgaon, class 2007.. ders nothing as pure c2c and impure c2c.. as far as the figures r concerned, its obv the c2c which includes everything from the training costs to hra and the basic..

the avg at gurgaon shd be arnd 4.75. but guys,, remember tht all students havent been placed here. some 25 r left out of 450, which is still a good stat.

a fact that i wud want to point attn to is that these placement figure averages were published 2 mnths bak and at that time not more than 60% students were placed. so dun go by the data..

getting into icfai may not be tht big a deal,, but one thing is for sure.. if u slog here for the first 18 mnths at icfai,, u ll certainly get a good job.. lotsa students--> lotsa competition, lotsa companies, lotsa profiles... so u can suit urself at the time of placements..

Vaibhav, for your understanding. Website figs are revised now. chk the date as 26 feb. also pure CTC means salary actually given by different co.s as quoted in their offer letters. CTC quoted in website is (impure in your terms) hiked by approx 15%-20% to the actual average. ICFAI placements add up training costs and infra costs which most co.s dont mention in their letters.

Can u pls tel me, hwz d faculty at ICFAI gurgaon? Which specialisation shd one opt for, at gurgaon? Which specialisation hs d best faculty and placements? pls guide as I m really confused.

hey,, the faculty at icfai gurgaon is a mixed lot in both the streams, finance & mkting.. der r some excellent teachers in both the streams.. on an overall basis, icfai is popular for its finance. the studious usually take up finance as specialization.

Anyway, the first two semesters r common for students of all streams. so u can make an informed decision based on ur liking for the subjects, rather than on the basis of the faculty. u ll be studying all the areas of mgmt,, so dnt worry abt that..
