hey,, the faculty at icfai gurgaon is a mixed lot in both the streams, finance & mkting.. der r some excellent teachers in both the streams.. on an overall basis, icfai is popular for its finance. the studious usually take up finance as specialization.
Anyway, the first two semesters r common for students of all streams. so u can make an informed decision based on ur liking for the subjects, rather than on the basis of the faculty. u ll be studying all the areas of mgmt,, so dnt worry abt that..

Is anybody give info that investing 6.5lac in IBS is worth .. means about placement and all.

Let me update with the current scenario of the placements at IBS-Hyderabad.
You might be aware of the market scenario, let me give you some facts about the placement scenario in our college. The placement process is going on in our college IBS,Hyd. 50% of our batch (440/890)have been placed with Average CTC 5.5 Lakhs, and still few companies are yet to come till March 2009 which would be from various domains offering package of 2.5-5 Lakhs CTC.
Still, this is a good effort by Placement Committee here who are still striving hard to get companies to our college, in spite of the scenario they are able to pursue companies for Placements.
