i would like to know who all would be joining cognizant as biz analysts and senior biz analysts post MBA. why not share our backgrounds and get to know each other and help each other.

My name is Hari Prashanth. will be joining cognizant in may as a business analyst. i had two years of prior work ex in cognizant as a programmer before i plunged to the MBA bandwagon by joining Great alkes institute of management. I majored in marketing and minored in operations.

would love to network with other cognizantens from other B schools

I have a question. Does cognizant give differential salaries to people form non iim b- schools. If so how much of a difference.

How come Haripi with 2 years of work ex is taken as a business analyst and Sumit a fresher taken as a Senior business analyst. Sounds illlogical to me.

CTS has picked up two of my batchmates as "Business Analyst". One is a fresh Engr from REC Kurukshetra and the other is a MSc from UK with s/w work exp.

yes,
cognizant has a differential salary scheme for IIM and non IIM schools. but i guess thats just for a period of a year or two beyond which your performance speaks.
