I am currently working with Gecis as a Team Leader. I have over 4 yrs of work exp. I am interested in GLIM. Although my acads are a bit weak, I think my work exp should make up for it. I plan to giveGET. So, what do u think r my chances? Plz reply soon.

Please give me some details about the institute...i wanna know how is the faculty...hows the infrastructure...how r the placements??...what kinda extra curricus r conducted....I have been thru their website..but i feel it wud be much better of anyone of u who has been there and experienced it cud guide me....thanks!

forgot to tell abt the other problem.
abt the educational loan. i had a talk to the indian bank mananger here in mumbai, he said mumbai being my temporary address i can't get a loan sanctioned form here. i must get it from calcutta only. and currently my dad is out of station, so it will be impossibe for me to get a loan before the deadline.
thinking what to do.

u can get the loan from UCO bank (Calcutta- Ballygunge branch near gariahat).. I got it from there.. they did the procedures really fast... they wud be paying glakes by day after tomorrow... if u want u can take my reference...

Hi all,

I am applying to GLIM this year.. yet to send the applicaiton form. have a few doubts regarding edu. loan. I heard that you can provide a guarantor to sponsor the amount. what are all the documents neccessary to produce for the guarantor besides the payslip. Also, does the guarantor need to come in person and sign in the loan form or is ot ok if we get the guarantor's sign and then submit. It wud be really helful if this info cud be provided. Coz if I get in , then my uncle is going to sponsor me. But the problem is he is leaving for US in mid march and wont be back for another 3 months. So is it ok if he signs and sends me the doc which i can submit ? Thanks
