1.It will be really nice if you can also mention the amount (investment) reqd for the same, i.e studying for another 6 months in Stuart B School.
2. Is It really worth going to this place and spending another 6 months there; coz as per Financial Times Rating Staurt B School is rated as 134 amongst the top B Schools worldwide, where as our prestigious IIMs starts coming after 170, does that by any chance mean that the Certification which we would get would have more worth if we spend another 6 months abroad.
3. During the Information Session we were told that Great Lakes is coming up with an alliance with some Chinese University. Whats the latest updates on the same.
4. Besides increasing the brand value of the institution does alliances with colleges like Nanyang and Yale add any value to Great Lakes and its students.
Thanks;

About the alliance with Stuart school... ya the MBA offered by them can be availed within 6 months of joining over there, but ideally one would like to take the course for atleast 9 months; 9 months being the least time one gotta stay there to get to work over there?!
Its a very decent offer considering the fact that one gets hold of 2 degrees within 2 years... The location of stuart school is also interesting and so are the job prospects if you land up in chicago. But trust me Great lakes will be enough atleast for the time being! And this contract with Stuart school is valid for a great laker atleast till the known future

. You can exercise that option whenever you want in the future i mean
The alliance with yale and Nanyang... well this year we almost had a tie-up for an exchange program with Nanyang so you never know what great lakes has to offer coming year !!! And about Yale... the research tie-up i am sure helps us get yale profs to teach here at great lakes. A couple of them who have already taken classes are by far the best one could get anywhere under the sun(of the solar system).
I don't have any updates as far as the alliance with a chinese university is concerned.
As far as b-school ranking goes.... I have my doubts and the rankings are highly subjective.. ! Don't we see some colleges in top 10 that would make poor einstein turn in his grave ( would drucker's example be more relevant here)?
