2. As per college policy (before the admissions are complete) we (even adcom) would not be able to provide the details. So wait for the admission s to be complete, call me i will tell yu the lowest percentile.

3. I dont think yu have reached a level wherein yu can decide who is fit for admit or not.

Pls. feel free to ask any further questions abt the college. Especially Placements, i can tell yu the min/max/average/median/work ex details..

@fns... i havent demeaned anyone. If i take a stand and reveal my theories on your faulty processes, my views are labelled as 'illogical', 'frustrated', 'illegal'. But do u really think i do care about comments by a glim member ?? I'm sure my posts have been an eye opener for countless number of candidates. even if they do get in, they will remain cautious and wont do the same mistakes (grave) you have done this year. atleast in fear in of public opinion and The Truth. Thats all i care about.

Lol…um sorry….but dude it seems tht u r really desperate to defame this insti….i had no reasons to pour my thoughts in this thread…I did tht coz I thought ur anger needs to be neutralized…… do u really thk I was biased in my opinion and don’t have the insiders info…..well thn lemme ask howz this tht u have all the info and others dont….. …….well u r still talking abt subtle admission related changes….and this is the only basis of ur arguments(for the sake of it).
Let me give u some examples…I thk it might help u judge better
This time cat paper had several errors in it so does tht according to u mean tht iims don’t know how to set paper…. thr were a lot of cat admit card related issues as well for the iims…I thk u must have totally thrown iims out of ur list of preferable institutes for this…….
I again don’t want u to take this personally …..but ask ur self wht u want frm a insti and if it is not giving u all tht u wanted thn its bad for u dont join it….and if its vice versa…thn its gud.
And if this is the criteria for ur selecting an institute thn all the best for your other calls!!
And abt the laptop and recos …yes thy r my personal views ….and um sure I won’t find it wrong even after getting in.

Hey guys the purpose of this thread is meant to provide information and updates to the new batch of glakes so a request lets stick to it. i think all of u have valid points and truth dude even i am not taking an admit due to large amount of non refundable fees but again we have a choice wheter to or not to take up admission so the people who deem it fit will take up and i wish all of them a great future at glakes. Please if for this discussion if we can create a seprate thread as let it remain a platform to provide all relevant information the joinees as they have to do loads of procedures with only a month remaining.

u r right... this was a very good platform three days before also.... i think comments which are as baseless as anything, factless like wind have pulled it to the other direction... i cudna help commenting as keeping shut might have sent a wrong signal.. let us try to put things in place..

@prerit ... defaming this institution ??? rofl... y shud i do that.. they do that to themselves. regarding the insider's info... that u must ask the insider.. why even he/she was dejected by the state of affairs in his/her institution. i select a b-school which doesnt reserve seats like 50-60% for big shots. somewhere you dont hush up things and swipe them under the carpet. somewhere its worth to stick with those who only come via merit [i'm not sayin high scores alone... but sans the 'powerful recos'-only candidates]. And for heaven's sake, all my queries and concerns are NOT SUBTLE... blah blah. please go thro my other posts... change of deadlines isn't my only issue.
To tell the truth. I aint angry dude. I'm kindof relieved that I really didnt fall into pit. I didnt wanna lie all my life and say that I studied in a worthy/reputed institute (atleast at that point in time)

@daredevil... I feel this topic is the RIGHT place to raise questions regarding glim's adm process. I feel you already have a seperate thread on 'glim institute'. Now that the admission process is over and u need only info on joinin dat institiute, i guess you can go over to that topic and raise your doubts. I bet fns wud be so glad to see you there rather than here.
