different institutes of Symbi provide different products catering to different industry demands. According to me it is unfair to compare SCMHRD,SIOM,SIIB,SITMetc . Its like comparing an apple with a mango.Both have their own specialities. Coming to your question , what i feel is operations is something which is in huge demand and industry desperately needs operations manager. Your experience as a lecturer will definitely give you an edge bcoz engineering colleges are also organisations as other business org. details of admission procedure r given in brochure and website. Go through it.We just returned from our placement drive and demand for operations manager is huge.The reason is that there r hardly any b-schools in India which focus on operations as their core competence. Work experience and interest in the field of operations are the major criteria for selection . im doing my engg final year and i have written snap. cud any seniors from siom direct me as to wat wat r the opportunities if i study at siom.cud u jus brief me abt the placement opportunities there.i actually dint gve my snap xam seriously so im not expecting any kind of high score.i wanna know wat is the cutoff for siom

this is to the one who didnt reveal his name, from hyderabad......regarding the oppurtunities, this is the only specialised institute in india catering to the vast demand for operations. this demand is growing in a rapid pace. so need not worry about placements. regarding the seriousness in the snap exam, u cant judge the performance as luck factor also plays a role. so my suggestion is, apply for the institute and then take decisions later. rest alll at ur side........
