Well 5.2 looks healthy ......was this offer made for Fresher or Experienced ppl....and what abt placements in HR ...?????

Anyways according to my knowledge 80 percrntile above is safe ....but ppl wid good work ex can expect calls above 75 percentile ..

what is the importance of extracurricular activities in selection procedure and getting a call ?
for example ; i have been an active participant in college fests and functions during my undergraduation and i used to play the synthesizer but i do not have any certificate as yet. do i need to issue it from my college ??

sorry everyone, i was busy wit the HR conclave in the college and some other stuff like my summers...........
The HR conclave was good with many eye-openers and lots of HR heads of top industries sharing their experiences and views
as Mr. Gupta asked about the extra curricular activities :- they prove to be advantagious but how advantagious depends on the person takin ur interview
like during my interview at FORE the guy was interested in me bein an enterpreneur rather than me representin my school in basketball and cricket upto district level......
as for the CNBC coverage is concerned I missed it to
if its goin to be retelecasted i wuld let u all know.

This was made to both exp and freshs
as far as placements in HR is concerned i dont have much info to share simply cause i am not interested in HR. I will contact the placements guys and let u know if u r really interested.
