Hey Tulika,
I am not a current student at NUS, yet

. I have been offered an admit for the NUS MBA (Full-Time) Program starting in August '08.
Regarding scholarships: Every applicant gets considered for a merit based scholarship. You can check the NUS website for other available scholarships. However, as far as I have seen, only one other scholarship is applicable for India, the ADB Japan scholarship. But, I remember reading that the ADB Japan scholarship requires you to return to your home country after completing the course. Please do verify what I said.
Educational Loan: You need to be a Singapore
PR to be eligible for a loan in Singapore. So you will have to look for a loan from Indian banks themselves. Since the cost of a MBA from NUS is only around 16 lakhs including travel, books, student exchange, living etc., you can get such a loan easily. I am currently applying for loans. Will let you know as soon as I get one approved.
Thanks,
Abhishek.
