that cannot be possible!!! the email informing me about the waitlist clearly mentioned that they would let us know no later than May....

i can't fathom all the anxiety and uncertainty I'd go through if it extends any later than May....

Has anyone heard of any offers being extended in May? Haven't heard about any rejects or admits in this month at all....

Seriously no activity from NUS..Its almost like the whole system out there is simply dead. But having said that, I believe nothin can be done but to wait.

A lot has been said about the number of applications at NUS. The reason is clear...they dont charge any application fees. Nobody thinks before applyin to NUS (no monetary risk involved) and that causes the number of apps to go up and people like us who are genuinely keen on gettin through have to play the waiting game.

Seems like the May has been extended to June. Another blip.

I have been risking an excellent opportunity by my employer to move into good role abroad. It made me use of my boss's politcal capital to put the opportunity on hold for me till May end.

Although I haven't heard anything from NUS of further delay till June, but looking at the pace of progress it more or less seems it will be delayed. Really in a fix what to do now...

I don't think that the delay until June applies to the waitlist candidates...We should get our results in May...thats what the email says and thats what I feel will happen...But maybe you should write to them and find out when is the latest they will let you know about your app....

Whats the use of writting to them ... they dont even check the mails! I was told after my interview that they would get back to me in max 3 weeks...but 3 weeks are also over...its all frustrating and irritating!!!

Perhaps I will check with them over phone. I have decided to risk NUS n stick with my employer if they postpone it to June.
