Hi Shashi,
The best way to tackle this entire affair is to take 1 at a time (which holds true for everything in life)....
>>>For now, concentrate on your GMAT scores, prepare well...and aim for anything above 680 (in the past ppl with GMAT score of 640 also have got thru)...
Post that you would be in a better position to explore the other dimensions.....
Overall your profile is gud. Dont worry and very gud luck!!!
Regards
Prasanna

Hi Shashi, We welcome you to this thread.
Prepare well for your GMAT, which should always be your first step. Get 700+ this is to increase your confidence.
Second from your experience, try to select the best idea which you think needs a MBA for.
As said by Vivek, your decision should be firm and strong and should be based on fact not imagination.
Do keep posting we are always there to support.

Thanks a lot!!!....
Also 1 more question....I would like to curve my professional career towards Business development/Sales/Marketing...How much of chances would XLRI offer me to place myself in such roles.
Anyway admission to college is more important to me as I have been seeing XLRI all throughout my childhood , (my residence is in Circuit house area only.. ) ...

Hello Shashi,
Welcome to this thread!
Many people from past batches have gone into business development roles in IT/ITeS. So there are good chances that you can get into these roles.

When will the application process start?
Do we have any information of the current students...
Like profile, back ground, academics, experience, average GMAT score etc and last years placement statistics?
This will help us to judge are chances of getting through at a high level!

Last year, process started in Sept. Expect it around Aug-Sept.
Details of our batch would take some time and details of last year batch will be available on site very soon.
