Hi there,
Im a current student of AIM, Manila. (Right now doing my summers after Year 1). Regarding your queries, here are first hand answers...
1. Expenses: 15 lacs INR including living expenses, for 2 years
2. Placements: No formal placement weeks as it happens in Indian b schools. We need to tap alumni and companies directly, as it happens in the US B Schools. Avg salary in India 8-10 lacs and in Singapore 4,000-4,500 Sing $ per month. Companies---Very good, reputation--At par with ISB and IIMA (when you look at India)
3. Beer : cheap (Yes, 15 bucks only!!!)
4. Women: no comments
5. Learning experience and faculty: Outstanding, no doubt...One of the best b schools for Finance and entrepreneurship
6. Work ex-2 yrs min, preferred is 3 years..Its needed for your own development man, since AIM is a case study based school...So even though AIM may not strictly impose the restriction, its ur perogative about how much learning you want to extract from your MBA!
7. Class profile-Mostly Indians and Filipinos, 60:40 Males:Females
