My interview was taken by Charmaine only and she seemed a very pleasant person. The entire interview was very easy paced and lasted for about 25-30 mins. She asked me about my work profile and then asked which part of the job I liked the most. I have had recent team leading roles and on this she asked "what makes me a good leader and what qualities did my teammates appreciate the most?"
She also asked me about my post MBA plans. She will be very interested to know this so be sure of what you say as you can expect some follow up questions like I did.
Also if you have had some international exposure in your workspace be sure to bring that up as Shulich lays quite a bit of stress on as diverse an experience as possible. I am done with interview today... as u have posted it was pleasant and cool interview.... It lasted for 20:33 min and i found it was just for formality.
She asked me basic stuff :
1) Why MBA from Schulich
2) Tell me 3 qualities to become a good leader
3) Ur exp as a team leader
4) Ur expectation from the program
then allowed me to ask any questions....or doubts....

she told that u ll get reply within short period... be quick in VISA process...
I hope it should go positive....
Now waiting for the reply.....

I had a suggestion for all those who have been offerred admission for Sculich India MBA program. Let us get in touch with each other and evaluate the program and other aspects before taking a final call. I am saying this because this is the inaugral batch and we still dont know what facilities will be offerred to us as students of this program viz - placements in Canada, work permit, student visa rules etc.
