reverie,
If you are approximately in the top 1% of your cohort, then you have a cahnce of getting into IIMs; if you are in the top 2% of your cohort, may be you can get into top 10-15 B-schools in India.
But if you apply to programmes like ISB-PGPM, PGPX, PGPEX etc, which accept GMAT, then they look for factors other than just academics and GMAT %ile.
Even if you are in the top 10 to 15% of your cohort in terms of academics or GMAT score , you are still likely to meet the minimum requirements of even the best B-schools in the world, provided you have some thing exceptional in other spheres like work experience, demonstrated leadership etc.
Given that you have 5 years experience, it is an ideal fit for most of the B-schools that admit experienced students.
It is up to you to assess, whether you are likely to be in the top one or two % or the top ten % of the cohort in terms of academics and CAT/GMAT scores and whether or not there is something in your profile that stands out in terms of your work experience and demonstrated leadership.
Based on this you can make your choice.
All the best.
